Euromixers High shear mixers and Homogenisers are suitable for a wide range of applications including blending, homogenising, emulsifying, dissolving, powder liquid mixing, particle size reduction and deagglomeration.
The Rotor and Stator gap is controlled to very fine tolerances, which is vital to ensure optimum efficiency capable of producing uniform fine droplets or particle sizes, typical applications include cosmetics, lotions, ointments and creams, starches, sauces and flavour emulsions.
High Shear Batch Mixers / Homogenisers can be mounted directly on to several different types of mixing vessel or on a transportable stand.
In-line mixers / homogenizers can be installed in a fixed location or mounted on a small stainless-steel skid with a DOL starter or Inverter to facilitate easy movement to different locations.
Tank mounted bottom or side entry High Shear Mixers / Homogenisers can also be supplied for use in-conjunction with other types of mixer in the same tank, for example anchor scrapers of a conventional impeller mixer.
High Shear IBC mixers – are supplied with a stainless-steel bridge for mounting directly onto industry standard IBC’s with a 150mm screw cap.
